Best Family Hotels in Benidorm from the UK: A Tried and Tested Guide
By Javier Sobrino
Travel expert and founder
In Benidorm there are many hotels with slides for all ages. I have made a list with the best of them and I tell you why and for whom I recommend them. As well as my experience so that you don’t make mistakes that spoil your holidays.
Also I am going to name some cheaper alternative so that you have more options and succeed in your trip.
1. Magic Robin Hood
- Rating 4.3
- l'Alfas del Pi
Pros
- Great water park
- Resort for the whole family
- Spa and wellness
- Bungalow with private Jacuzzi
Cons
- The price is high as it is a luxury resort
To start, one of the best resorts with slides for kids in Spain, Magic Robin Hood camping, is themed in the medieval era and children will live a vacation they will never forget.
The good thing about this camping is that everyone has a lot to choose from. The water areas are huge and with many slides for all ages, though be warned that the largest and fastest ones are only for children over 1.10 m.
For the little ones, there are also slides and very wide splash zones, adventure parks, many activities with the animation team, and the mini club.
What I like least is the price. It is a very good resort, but also with a very high price, which few families can afford. However, if you are lucky enough to be able to go, it will be a very good family vacation.
I recommend this camping to all families who like resorts; this one is huge and you have a million different activities to do. It is the best destination to go on vacation for many days.
2. Hotel Alone
- Personal Rating 8.5
- Rating 4.2
- Benidorm, Alicante
Pros
- Top value for money
- Slides
- Pool with Jacuzzi
- Good food
- Renovated
- Comfortable bed and large bathroom
- Water and wine included in meals
Cons
- Few cons for this hotel...
Probably one of the cheapest and best family hotels of 2025.
It has two outdoor pools, one of them more family-focused which also has a slide into the water to keep the kids more entertained, and some Jacuzzi areas that only open in summer.
The food is really good for how economical it is. They take great care that everything is good and there is variety. Overall, this hotel surprised me a lot and is one of my favorites at a cheap price. That’s why I put it 1st on the list.
3. Magic Pirates NEW 2025!
- Benidorm, Alicante
Pros
- Newly built themed hotel
- Slides and water decoration
- Bungalows or plots
Cons
- It is a high-end resort
It is a new resort of the Magic chain inaugurated in 2025.

4. Albir Garden
- Rating 4.1
- 3
- l'Alfàs del Pi
Pros
- Water parks for different ages
- 2 large pools
- Spa area
Cons
- Only two types of accommodation
The first hotel with a very good water park, with the only downside being that it is not for all ages, as very young children may be scared by the height of the slides (although it also has a small aquapark for them, but small).
One of the things I like most about the hotel are the outdoor pool areas and gardens (also with a children’s pool), the pool hours were very wide and allowed you to swim at night.
Both water parks are very good, for the little ones they have one (under 1.10 m and the very young accompanied by an adult) where they have a blast. The other is a larger water park (taller than 1.10 m) with 7 slides, 3 for racing, one very fast, and the typical spiral ones.
It is a minor flaw, because not having the option to take luxury accommodation or different types, I don’t like it much. It’s not something that lowers the grade, but something that doesn’t give extra points.
I recommend the Albir Garden hotel to families with children who love slides and are between 8 and 16 years old and have a medium-high budget for their vacation.
5. Magic Tropical Splash
- Rating 4.2
- Av. de la Marina Baixa, Benidorm
Pros
- Large pools and Jacuzzis
- Several slide areas
- Spa area
Cons
- Little variety in food
The Magic Tropical Splash is one of the best hotels with water slides in Benidorm and easily makes it into my top 10 for all of Spain.
The sheer number of slides is incredible. There is something for every age: water parks with splash jets and mini-slides for children, as well as taller, spiraling slides that everyone can enjoy.
It features large swimming pools and plenty of bars where you can have a great time on the sun loungers or in the water; plus, the outdoor Jacuzzi is huge.
The only downside for me is the buffet food; while it tastes very good, there isn’t much variety, and it can feel repetitive at times.
I recommend this hotel for all kinds of families with children of all ages—if they like water slides, your kids won’t ever want to leave. This hotel is geared toward families with a high purchasing power.
6. Magic Aqua Rock
- Rating 4.1
- 3
- C. de Bonn, Benidorm
Pros
- Very long and high slides leading to the pool
- Themed pool with giant LED screen
- Spa area and outdoor Jacuzzi
- Adults-only chill out rooftop
Cons
- Standard rooms are not spacious
The family hotel Magic Aqua Rock has everything a family looks for in a summer vacation: an area where children have a lot of fun and relaxation facilities for parents who prefer resting or sunbathing over going down a slide.
The water park has 6 slides, the ones that surprised me were two very long spiral ones (one indoor and the other outdoor), the other 4 are fast and straight, but very fun. The area for the little ones is at the foot of these slides, in a splash pool with many water jets and a play park with mats and balls.
Parents have a main pool with a cave and waterfall theme where they can enjoy a large cinema screen and several Jacuzzis.
In addition, they have adults-only areas like the Spa and the rooftop to enjoy intimacy while the children are with their friends or in the mini club.
I recommend the hotel to families with children of any age; here there is fun for everyone and since the hotel is not very large they make friends more easily. However, it is for high budgets.
7. RH Princesa
- Rating 4.6
- C. Mirador, Benidorm
Pros
- Very good splash area
- Family pool area with Jacuzzi
- Spa and wellness
- Quality buffet
Cons
- They don't have many shaded areas in the middle of summer
It is the family hotel with slides in Benidorm with the best rating for a reason (4.6/5 on Google) and I am going to tell you its strong points and weaknesses.
For me it is a hotel for children under 6-10 years old, the aquatic facilities and the park of mats and inflatables are focused on those age ranges. Of course, they have a blast and most do not want to return home.
For adults you have a very complete spa with the main facilities and outside the family pool and a fairly large Jacuzzi.
Recommendation: Choose in high season at least the full board regime, the whole beach area is full, besides, the buffet food is very delicious and the organization is impeccable, in few buffets have I seen that food is never lacking.
I recommend this hotel to people who have children under 12 years old, the little ones will have a great time, and you can enjoy high quality facilities and food. Recommended for high season in Benidorm.
8. Hotel Villaitana
- Rating 4.4
- Av. del Alcalde Eduardo Zaplana, Benidorm
Pros
- Water park for all ages
- Quiet areas for parents
- Sand pool
- Spa, Wellness area and gym
Cons
- Check out at 12, they don't let you enter the snack area
Now we move on to a larger complex with a water park suitable for the whole family, it is perfect to come with teenagers and with the little ones as well.
For adults they have a spa with many areas of cervical hydromassage jets, pool, relaxation, Jacuzzi and an area for massages in the middle of a beautiful pond. In addition to 7 pools, among them my favorites, the saltwater one and the lake pool.
The little ones enjoy a lot with the water park which is divided into 3 slides and a splash zone (children’s pool) with a mini slide.
Something else to highlight, it has rooms with a private Jacuzzi on the terrace and spectacular views and if you are a premium member you can enjoy 2 exclusive pools, but it is not worth paying more for that either.
This is the family hotel that I always recommend to everyone because no matter how old you are you will enjoy your vacation in it a lot.
9. Hotel Deloix
- Rating 4.2
- 4
- Av. Dr. Severo Ochoa, Benidorm
Pros
- Children's water park
- Adults-only pool on the rooftop
- Good Spa area
Cons
- Can be boring for teenagers
The Deloix hotel is one of the hotels with slides in Benidorm with the best value for money that I know.
Its aquatic facilities have slides of different sizes, water jets are in a pool that does not cover anything where the little ones have a blast.
The rooms are spacious and perfect for 3 or 4 people and with a full board regime it does not cost more than €1700 in high season.
For adults you have a rooftop with a pool (adults only, because they have a snack bar up there) and a spa with 2 pools and Jacuzzis.
I recommend this hotel for families who have children under 10 years old and who want to spend somewhat less money, as it is far from the city center.
10. Hotel Rosamar
- Rating 3.4
- C. Derramador, Benidorm
Pros
- Children's water park
- Relaxation pool
- Spa and wellness
Cons
- Has a somewhat high price
This is a family hotel cheaper than a 4-star superior, but with services and quality of facilities (recently renovated) similar.
Large main pool area, with the good point that it is separate from the children’s pool area, it is surrounded by loungers, next to the snack bar/bar and is where the night shows take place.
The area for children (not more than 12 years old) has 5 slides for all ages, I recommend that you always accompany the smallest ones. This area also has loungers and umbrellas and a bar so that parents can also be there comfortably.
I recommend this hotel if what you like are luxury hotels, but you don’t have a budget for a 4-star superior. Regarding the age of your children, it should be under 12 years old, the water park does not offer much to teenagers.
11. Magical Cristal Park
- Rating 3.9
- Av. de Ruzafa, Benidorm
Pros
- Children's water park
- Indoor heated pool
- Outdoor Jacuzzi
Cons
- Recreational and game zone for a supplement
Before telling you the alternatives to all these hotels with slides in Benidorm, I am going to mention the last of them, the Magic Cristal Park hotel.
The hotel is perfect for coming with small children under 8 years old, as its aquatic facilities are small and are focused on those ages (it has a couple of mini water slides). They also have a mini club and video game room.
The other good part of the hotel, for which I like to highlight it, is that it has an indoor and heated pool, which makes this hotel an interesting option to choose in low season. In addition, the family rooms are not bad at all.
Recommended for families with very small children up to 5 years of age, because the water park is more of a splash zone with two one-meter-high slides.
